WonderHowTo's favorite Michelle Phan has posted another Lady Gaga makeup tutorial (see Poker Face). This time Michelle artfully demonstrates how to achieve the anime eye makeup look Lady Gaga donned in Bad Romance.

All you need are four sets of false eyelashes and gigantic contact lenses (and some expert instruction from Michelle).
