Resembling floating seaweed as a way to fend off bigger predators that could inhale a whole colony of them whole, sea dragons wear coats of pale green, lime green, and yellow.

As such, this eye look is based on a mix of the aforementioned hues as well as a jolt of electric blue on the lower lids for extra marine beauty.
