How to Create a bold, graphic spring makeup look

Put some spring into your step - or at least into your makeup look - with this eye-opening look inspired by peacocks. Instead of using typical teal and electric blue, however, this look concentrates on the other colors on the eye of a peacock feather: yellow and lavender.
