The upper waterline is right under your upper eyelashes; just tug up on your eyelid and run it through the area. The lower waterline right above the lower eyelashes; just tug down and run it through. You can then complete your makeup routine with some foundation, blush, highlight and mascara. Lastly don't forget to curl your eyelashes and lip moisturizer! Sunday look at it's best!
