How To: Create a girly pin-up makeup look

This video presenter starts out by applying makeup to her eye lids and underneath her eye brows. The presenter blends together several different colors and brushes to bring out her eyes. She then applies a dark eye liner across the top of her eye and white eye liner to the bottom of her eye. The presenter finishes up by applying mascara to her eye lashes.
